Project work is delivered under written statements of work and associated timelines. By engaging AlterByte, you agree to the specific terms outlined in your project proposal.

Subscription services are billed through Stripe and can be changed or canceled via the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. AlterByte is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised client credentials.
